Welcome to the Keepsake Jewelry Timeline Home Page!
Below you'll find a week-by-week breakdown of what to expect after placing your order and having your contents delivered or dropped off.

Please Note:
You must schedule a time slot for dropping off your contents at the studio.
Drop-offs are only available on Mondays from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

We’re happy to make accommodations if needed—just let us know in advance.

Week 1

Customer places order and receives intake form + instructions.
You confirm order and wait for keepsake materials (e.g., flowers, ashes, hair, breastmilk).
Customer mails or drops off materials.

Week 2-3

You receive and log materials with labels for accurate tracking.
Begin drying or preserving as needed:
- Flowers: Dried with silica or pressed.
- Breastmilk: Preservation process begins.
- Ashes/Hair: Prepared for use in jewelry.

Week 4-5

Continue flower drying or finish preservation.
Breastmilk fully processed into a powder or paste form (if applicable).
Optional: customer approves colors/add-ins before design phase.

Week 6-7

Begin layout design based on chosen style (rings, pendants, charms, etc.).
Prep molds or bezels.
Test placement of materials, pigments, foils, etc.

Week 8-9

Resin work begins in layers if needed.
Pour and cure over several days.
De-mold and allow full set/cure time.
Review for bubbles or flaws.

Week 10

Sanding, doming, polishing, and sealing.
Attach to jewelry findings (chains, ring bases, settings).
Final inspection of clarity, balance, and quality.

Week 11-12

Carefully package with keepsake box or pouch.
Include care instructions + thank you note.
Ship with tracking and send confirmation to customer.

Week 13- Forever

Your keepsake jewelry is now yours to wear, gift, and cherish for a lifetime.
