Floral Preservation Deposit Agreement

If you're reading this, you're about to make a deposit on your flower preservation, and we are so grateful that you found us! We are excited to work with your florals and create something beautiful for you!

Before booking your drop-off time, please read and agree to the following statements. By adding your preservation frame to your cart, you are virtually signing this agreement. Once we receive your deposit, we will send a detailed Client Contract that includes customization questions and the specifics of your order.

Purchase Agreement

• Style & Essence: You have reviewed our floral frame work and confirmed that our style aligns with the artwork you envision for your bridal/event flowers. Please note, we open flowers to expose their centers and present them from an aerial view, so some blooms may look different from their original form. (For example, white roses undergo the most noticeable transformation.)

• Deposit & Reservation: All floral frame items in our store are deposit-based (and marked accordingly). This deposit secures your spot for flower preservation and will be applied toward your final invoice. Full costs can be reviewed on our pricing page.

• Unpressed Stems: We do not return unpressed stems. However, any ribbons or ornaments attached to your bouquet will be returned.

• Drop-off/Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for the shipping or drop-off of your bouquet to GP’s Creative Corner - 1830 Ryan Street, Suite A, Lake Charles, LA.​

• Condition of Flowers: Your flowers will be preserved in the condition they are received. Please ensure they are properly prepared for drop-off or shipment.

• Flower Omission: In some cases, we may need to omit certain flowers due to their thickness, condition, or the space available in the selected frame.

• Creative Liberty: By placing a deposit, you give creative liberty to GP’s Creative Corner. While the Client Contract will include your layout preferences, we will provide one mockup for approval, which allows for one set of revisions. The final piece may differ slightly from the mockup.

• Flower Color Changes: During the pressing process, flowers naturally change color, shade, and appearance. Additionally, the flowers will continue to fade and evolve over time within the frame. If you select the "color correction" option in your questionnaire, we will use our discretion to enhance or correct flower colors based on our professional judgment and your desired outcome.

• Turnaround Time: Due to the detailed process of floral preservation, the typical turnaround time is 4-6 months. Delays may occur due to the delicate nature of this work, but we will keep you informed should this happen.

• Cancellation Policy: Space and resources for floral pressing are limited. If you need to cancel your order, your deposit will be retained unless your event itself is canceled.

• Shipping: Currently, GP’s Creative Corner accepts bouquets from around the world and can ship final orders internationally. If your event is local, but you are not, please contact us to arrange shipment details.
